Since 1999, Atlantec Engineers has provided design and construction administration services for The City of Raleigh. The total number of projects is 53. These projects include major design services to The City Hall Building, Police Headquarters, The Central 911 Call Center and The Back Up 911 Call Center.
The pictures detail the latest standby generator addition for The Marsh Creek Facility. This 250 KVA generator will power the entire site. Due to the site limitations, a free standing steel structure was designed.
A brief description of our major project work is as follows:
City Hall Building · Replace the existing electrical service · New chiller plant · New standby generator to power the entire building · New boiler plant · New underground fuel tanks
Police Headquarters · Replace entire electrical distribution system · New chiller and air handlers · New standby generator to power the entire building
